These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Milo service ("Service") operated at www.gomilo.app and via SMS.

1. Service Description

Milo is a personal family AI assistant that provides conversational assistance, calendar management, reminders, and family coordination via web and SMS. The Service is intended for private, personal use by authorized family members.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available only to users who have been authorized by the account administrator. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: Milo Family Assistant

Message frequency: varies based on your interactions. You will receive responses when you text Milo, plus occasional proactive reminders.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.

Text HELP for help or contact support@gomilo.app.

Text STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

Text START to opt back in.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend access for violation of these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

Milo's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Use your own judgment when acting on information provided by Milo.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. SMS Program Terms

By opting in to Milo SMS, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Milo at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies.
